Panam Palmer is a nomad from the Aldecaldos clan who works in Night City as a merc and becomes V's ally in Cyberpunk 2077. Emily Woo Zeller voices her, and she is a romance option for a V with a masculine body type.

Who she is#
Panam is a nomad with a temper, a Thornton Mackinaw she calls Warhorse, and a grudge against the Raffen Shiv. She grew up with the Aldecaldos, left after a fight with leader Saul Bright over working for Biotechnica, and took merc jobs in Night City through Rogue.
Her best friends are Mitch Anderson and Scorpion. Her childhood friend was taken by Raffen Shiv, and a fellow Aldecaldo, Cassidy Righter, got that friend back. That memory shaped her and she has not told anyone.
Her quest line#
Her story is a chain of main jobs with a side-quest handoff in the middle. Each step puts V closer to the clan.
- Ghost Town: V meets Panam after Rogue sends them to help capture Anders Hellman. She has lost her car and cargo to Nash, a Raffen Shiv plant.
- Riders on the Storm: Saul is captured by the Wraiths, a Raffen Shiv gang, and Panam asks V to sneak in with her.
- With a Little Help from My Friends: Panam and her friends plan to steal a Militech Basilisk tank. V can warn Saul or join the plan.
- Queen of the Highway: Her last quest in the main chain. Finishing it is what lets V call on the Aldecaldos for The Star ending. Skip it and the clan will not answer the call.
Spoilers What it costs V
If V tells Saul about the tank plan, Panam cuts them off and the Aldecaldos leave Night City, so you lose her quests and the Aldecaldos route to Mikoshi.
If V joins her, Saul makes Panam co-leader. In the late game, V can ask the Aldecaldos for help getting into Arasaka Tower, which produces The Star ending (see all the endings). Panam's end-credits message differs if V has romanced her. Our romance options page has the gate.
Spoilers The Star ending
If V asks the Aldecaldos for help, V spends the night at the camp and is inducted into the clan. In the morning the convoy hits the maglev tunnel construction site and drives a boring machine down to the lower levels of Arasaka Tower, where Mikoshi is.
Afterward Panam's end-credits message changes depending on whether she was romanced. Not romanced, she thanks V from the Badlands. Romanced, it is a very different message.
Spoilers Before you tell Saul
Choose carefully at the Basilisk tank plan. Warn Saul and Panam cuts V off, the Aldecaldos leave Night City, and her quests and the clan's route to Mikoshi go with them.
Opinion: that makes her questline the most expensive dialogue choice in the game, and a fair test of whether you actually listen to your friends.
