Who she was in the tabletop#
Rogue was a rebellious teen who left gang life to become a solo. She was good at it, and she fell for Johnny Silverhand, who ignored her requests to go to a drive-in. Hold that thought: V finally takes her there. They broke up in 2011 after she found out he had cheated.
She worked with Nomad Santiago in 2013 when Johnny asked them to help rescue Alt Cunningham from Arasaka Tower. The raid failed, but she still joined Johnny's final operation ten years later.
The 2023 raid#
In August 2023, during the Fourth Corporate War, Rogue went into the Arasaka Towers with Johnny, Morgan Blackhand, Spider Murphy, Lyle Thompson and Shaitan. Adam Smasher and a squad of Arasaka troops attacked the team. Johnny was killed.
Spider tried to reach Johnny's body, and Rogue stopped her and said he was gone. Rogue helped drag a wounded Thompson into an elevator, and they escaped by AV before the nuclear device went off.
The Afterlife and 2077#
A car crash left her with injuries cyberware could not fix, so she moved from solo work to fixing. By 2077 she runs the Afterlife in Watson, with Claire Russell behind the bar, Nix as the netrunner and Crispin Weyland as her solo.
She gives V jobs and points them to people. In Ghost Town, she is the one who sends V to Panam. When Johnny takes over V's body in Chippin' In, he convinces her it is really him.
Spoilers Her quests
Her main involvement is Chippin' In, Blistering Love and Nocturne Op55N1.
- Blistering Love: V takes Rogue on a date on Johnny's behalf at the Silver Pixel Cloud drive-in. It ends with Rogue stopping Johnny and leaving.
- Nocturne Op55N1: V can ask her for help in the finale. She plans the assault with Crispin Weyland and an AV.
Spoilers The assault on Arasaka Tower
If V lets Johnny take the wheel in Nocturne Op55N1, Rogue plans the run with Crispin Weyland and a Militech AV. They crash it into Arasaka Tower and fight down the shaft to Mikoshi.
Adam Smasher ambushes them near the Mikoshi level and lifts Rogue off the ground. She sets a grenade on him first. Johnny later leaves her pistol in her niche at the Columbarium.
Fixer's notes#
Opinion: Rogue runs the Afterlife well because she is a survivor, not a nostalgic. She loved Johnny and knows exactly what he costs.
Read Johnny Silverhand and Alt Cunningham first, then Adam Smasher for the other side of her history.
